§ 8-141. Appeal from order.

Any owner, occupant, lessee, mortgagee, agent or other person having an interest in the building or structure may appeal from the order made under the provision of section 8-137(d)(1). The appeal shall be to the circuit court of the county as provided in RSMo ch. 536.
