§ 46-8. Temporary instruction permits; intermediate driver's licenses.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for a person to operate, or to permit another person to operate, any motor vehicle upon any street or highway within the city in violation of RSMo 302.130, pertaining to temporary instruction permits, or RSMo 302.178, pertaining to intermediate driver's licenses.

(b)

Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be sentenced to pay a fine not to exceed $200.00 for any such conviction.
