Chapter 42. SUBDIVISIONS

§ 42-1. Acceptance generally.

Latest version.

Before any addition to the city, or subdivision within the city, shall be accepted by the city, the board of aldermen shall, by ordinance, establish the same and declare it to be a part of the city.
