§ 38-2. Penalties.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or any lawful rules or regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $5.00 nor more than $500.00, provided that each day's violation thereof shall be a separate offense for the purpose hereof unless otherwise stated herein.
