§ 32-117. Fires prohibited, exception for barbecue grills.

It is unlawful for any person to have an open fire, including campfires, on the premises of the lake. The premises of the lake includes the land surrounding the lake which is owned by the city. However, fires contained in barbecue grill enclosures are permitted.
