§ 32-25. Reservation and use of park shelters, damage and cleanup deposit.

Any responsible person may reserve for exclusive use a park shelter in the Lamar City Park subject to the park guidelines established by the park board. Users shall pay a damage and cleanup deposit of not less than $25.00 and not more than $100.00, which deposit shall be refunded in accordance with the park guidelines; provided, however, that for good cause, the return of such deposit may be denied. The user reserving a shelter shall be responsible for the actual cost to repair damages to city property occurring during the use of the shelter in excess of the deposit.
