§ 32-1. Marion W. Thiebaud Auditorium.

All those user fees, rules and regulations and general policies with respect to the use of the Marion W. Thiebaud Auditorium, as set forth on the exhibits attached to Ordinance No. 1418 and incorporated in this section by reference, are hereby approved by the board of aldermen. Users shall pay a fee, which shall be in addition to all other fees, in the amount as provided in the city fee schedule per day for use of the premises for commercial ventures, including, but not limited to, the sale of any merchandise, goods or services for taxable profit. For purposes of this section, the terms "merchandise," "goods" and "services" shall be given the broadest possible meaning. This provision shall not apply to arts and crafts shows where there are ten or more vendors.
