§ 30-100. Trespass generally.

  • Trespassing is hereby declared a misdemeanor. A person commits the misdemeanor of trespassing if he knowingly enters or knowingly remains on the property or the building of another against the wishes of the owner, occupant or person in charge of such property. Violation of this section shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $300.00.
