§ 2-404. Disposal of city equipment.

Latest version.

City equipment that is deemed no longer operable or is obsolete may be disposed of through a competitive bid process with notice as outlined earlier in this policy, by public auction, trade-in on newer equipment or in any other way as approved by the board of aldermen.
