§ 2-323. Policy for architecture, engineering, surveying services.

There shall be provided in the policy manual guidelines for the procurement policy for service in the scope of architecture, engineering or land surveying. The city administrator and appropriate city staff are hereby directed to implement the provisions of such policy. Copies of the policy shall be made available to interested parties through the office of the city administrator.
