§ 28-6. Order of abatement; recovery of costs by city.

  • If, upon the trial of any person for creating or maintaining a nuisance, the judgment is against him, the police judge, or other officer before whom the case is tried, shall make an order of court that the same be abated at the cost of the person creating the same. Such costs shall be recovered by civil action in the name of the city before any court of competent jurisdiction.
