§ 28-10. Certain businesses; violations.

It shall be unlawful for a damaged or disabled vehicle to remain on the premises of a duly licensed automobile repair or automobile sales business for a period in excess of 90 days. Violators shall be notified by the police department and given seven days to remove the vehicle. Extensions of the 90-day time limit may be granted by the police department upon written application and for good cause shown. Removal may also be made in accordance with other provisions of this chapter.
