§ 20-28. Depositing hay, straw, etc., near buildings.

No person shall deposit or stack any hay, straw or other combustible material within 40 feet of any building or structure, without first having obtained the written permission of the mayor or fire chief and both of the aldermen of the ward in which the same may be located.
