§ 1-12. Boundary of city limits.

The boundary of the city limits shall embrace all of the land lying within the following territory:

Commencing at a point on the North line of the right-of way of the Burlington Northern-Santa Fe (Frisco) Railroad 1,204 feet east and 1,785 feet south of the Northwest Corner of Northeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 32, Range 30, and running thence in a southeasterly direction along the North line of said Railroad right-of-way to the South line of the Northeast Quarter of Section 31, thence east along said South line of Northeast Quarter to the Southeast Corner of said Northeast Quarter of Section 31, thence running in a generally easterly and northeasterly direction and following the South line of the Lamar City Lake property, now owned by the City, across the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 32, Range 30, to the East line of said Northwest Quarter of Section 32, thence in a generally easterly and northeasterly direction and following the South line of the said Lamar City Lake property, across the Northeast Quarter of said Section 32, to the East line of said Northeast Quarter of Section 32, thence in a generally easterly, northeasterly and northwesterly direction, and following the line of the City Lake property around the East extremity of said Lamar City Lake property, across the North Half of Northwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 32, Range 30, back to the West line of said North Half of Northwest Quarter of Section 33, thence following the North line of the Lamar City Lake property across the North Half of Northeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 32, Range 30, and the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32, Range 30, and the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 32, to a point on the North line of the said City Lake property directly south of the Northwest Corner of the Northeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of said Section 32, thence north along the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 32, thence continuing north along the West line of the East Half of the West Half of Section 29, Township 32, Range 30 to a point 40 feet south of the North line of the South Half of said Section 29, thence east to a point 40 feet south of the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 29, thence north to the Northeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 29, thence east to the
