§ 10-99. License fee.

There is hereby levied a license fee as provided for in the fee schedule per year for each pool or billiard table or automatic coin-operated pool table within the purview of this article. Such license fee shall be paid whether or not such pool table, billiard table or coin-operated pool table is in operation during such period.
