§ 10-65. Penalty for delinquency.

Latest version.

For each and every month, or part thereof that any license fee required by this article remains unpaid after the same becomes due and payable, there shall be added to such license fee, as a penalty for such delayed payment, two percent of the amount of such license fee, or part thereof that is unpaid until the same is fully paid.
